Tranquility – #Wordlesswednesday

SFO Trip 400

This picture was shot at Yosemite National Park, San Francisco. It’s famous for its Ancient Giant Sequoia trees. It is a serene place amidst the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains, calmly flowing brooks and the mightiest of trees you would have ever seen.

This picture just personifies serenity and tranquility for me.

  1. Wonderful place. The silence and solace this place must be offering is just perfect for writers to imagine and create.

  2. Although I did visit SF a few years back, regrettably, due to time constraints, we couldn’t make it to Yosemite, so it is definitely on my bucket list! The sight of the mighty sequoias and the grandeur of the pristine surrounds that it evokes are legendary! So glad for bringing us this beautiful post and linking up for #WW, Kalpana. Look forward to more such. 🙂

    1. I am so glad to hear that the picture calmed you down…even if it was for just a little bit of time. If my post could accomplish that then the purpose is met. Haha…and so glad to know you are into nature trails. Would love to read your posts soon.

  3. Gosh! This is mesmerising and one such place that I would love to get lost in my thoughts. This post is an evocative reflection of you, Kalpana, for some very uncanny reason. Calm, serene, and so full of abundance. 🙂 Thank you for your stunning posts for #WW.
