Starting a garden is one of the most rewarding things one can do. Whether you’re planting fragrant flowers or starting a vegetable garden, it’s tremendously satisfying to see the fruits of your labour.
That connection with nature is what’s missing today in our fast-paced lifestyle.
Somewhere under the pretext of chasing our dreams and making a living, we have forgotten to take care of our health, happiness and well-being, which is essentially the core purpose of our being.
Please note that there are million different methods/techniques/philosophies of gardening. I will be sharing what I have tried and tested. So, please refrain from comparisons and debates on this because there is an ocean of information on gardening and we can’t cover/practice everything. I am sure you will understand.
The COVID 19 situation has definitely shined the light on the most important aspects of our life. Food that is! And how the lockdown threatened even the bare necessities. Being a little bit self-sufficient in our food needs by growing even a small portion can go a long way in changing our perspective and lifestyle choices immensely.
