Thank you for choosing our products / services / online courses from “KVF Kalpavriksha Farms Pvt Ltd”.  We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Online Courses: There are NO refunds, cancellations, exchanges available for online courses

Physical Products: There is NO exchange or return or cancellation for any products purchased. Only in the situation of any physical product being received in damaged condition, refunds can be requested within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product.

Also, for any order for physical product, for whatever reason, where we are not able to start the shipment of the product, you will be notified by email and your refund will be initiated in 3 to 5 business days to the original mode of payment.

No refund is applicable for change of mind after purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you are within the refund window, you can request a refund by sending an email to support@kalpavrikshafarms.com with a photo of the damaged product.

Kindly note that the product needs to be returned in the condition it was received and the reverse logistics of sending the item back needs to be borne by the customer.

After receiving the item back, we will inspect the item and if all found satisfactory, we will respond within 3-5 business days on the action taken. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

3. Course Cancellations

If for any reason, we need to cancel or postpone a live online session or physical session, where applicable, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, you will have the following options:

• Reschedule: You can reschedule to a future course session or select another course of equal value.
• Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or convenient, you will be issued a full refund for the cancelled course.

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances in which a refund request is warranted, such as:

• Technical difficulties that prevent access to course content (which have not been addressed in a timely manner).

In such cases, we may offer exceptions to the standard return policy at our discretion. Please contact our support team if you believe you have a special circumstance that should be considered.

This will be applicable, only if any of the course modules have not been accessed by the customer.
