Farming at HLC International School
At HLC International School in Chennai, we’ve created a year-long farming program that blends academics with practical, hands-on learning. Our collaboration with HLC spans over six years, a testament to how our shared values align with respect to nature and innovative educational practices.
Key Highlights of the Program:
- Soil Preparation and Seed Sowing: Students learn the fundamentals of preparing soil and planting crops, building a strong foundation in organic gardening.
- Observing Plant Life Cycles: By observing plant growth and the roles of ecosystems, students gain a first-hand understanding of nature’s interconnected processes.

Our collaboration with Sai Sankalp Nursery and Primary School in Chennai focuses on imparting values-based education for underprivileged communities through sustainable farming practices.
